Referral Policy

This Referral Policy explains how BetaPayAI may let users invite others using a personal referral code. It applies on WhatsApp, Telegram, and betapayai.com.

This Policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Using referral features means you agree to this Policy.

Participation is optional. BetaPayAI may start, pause, change, or end the referral program at any time.

Each eligible account may receive a unique six-character referral code.

You can find your code in chat — for example by asking for your referral code or viewing account details.

Either person may complete the referral link in chat using the other person’s code.

You may share invite links on WhatsApp or Telegram (for example betapayai.com/referal/whatsapp/YOURCODE or betapayai.com/referal/telegram/YOURCODE). These open chat with your code pre-filled.

Ask “referral analytics” in chat for a private stats page on betapayai.com (link expires after about an hour).

A referral is recorded when the link is accepted.

Any referrer benefit is paid only after the referred user completes a qualifying wallet deposit or purchase under the then-current program rules.

Benefits, if any, are credited to the referrer’s BetaPayAI wallet only.

An account may be referred only once.

You may not refer yourself.

You may refer others and also be referred by someone else, subject to the rules above.

Codes may be deactivated by BetaPayAI (for example for abuse). Deactivated codes cannot start new referral links.

BetaPayAI may limit eligibility by audience (for example new or existing users) and by program dates.

Reward terms — including whether a reward is fixed or percentage-based, any maximum, and any minimum qualifying transaction — are set by BetaPayAI and may change while the program is live.

Current commercial terms are not published on this page and may differ from any past promotion.

Rewards are only paid while the referral program is active under BetaPayAI’s live settings.

Wallet credits from referrals are for use on BetaPayAI services and follow the same wallet and refund rules as other wallet balances. See https://betapayai.com/refund_policy.

BetaPayAI may refuse, reverse, or withhold referral benefits, deactivate codes, or restrict accounts where we detect fraud, self-referral schemes, spam, or other misuse.

Attempting to game the program may result in account freeze or permanent loss of referral privileges under our Terms of Service.

We may update this Policy or the referral program without prior notice.

Continued use of referral features after a change means you accept the updated terms.
